Exchange & Return

We accept merchandise for exchange (but no refund). Some ground rules: 

• The request is made within 7 days from arrival of the package.
• Is in new and saleable condition
• All products must be presented in their original packaging, not used, accompanied by the original receipt or a printed e-mail receipt.

Notes for Exchange:

• You can only exchange for items of same or higher price than the returned items (no refund for price difference if exchange items price is lower than the returned items). 
• You are required to pay for the price difference.
• Postage/Shipping Charge applied
• **ATTENTION** We do not  accept returns/exchanges on All Sales, Backorders, Promotional and Discounted items. Items purchased during our Sales, Promotional period and Backorders are final.
